Suzanne Pleshette
Suzanne Pleshette, born January 31, 1937, passed away on January 19 in 2008. She was an American actress, voiceactress, television, film and theatre director. Pleshette began her career in theatre, and then she appeared in films towards the end of the 1950s. She then appeared in films of note, such as Rome Adventure (1962), Alfred Hitchcock’s The Birds (1963), or Spirited Away (192001). Pleshette has also been featured in numerous television shows, mostly as guest performers. She was nominated for numerous Emmy Awards for her performance as Emily Hartley, on The Bob Newhart from 1972 until 1978.
